Confirm players and format, then score each point with quick taps. If a point was entered incorrectly, use the app's undo or correction flow — the match log editor can fix anything after the fact.

Live
Watching a live match
Use the 8-character code from the scorer or open the shared TennisScout.ai link. Live viewers are read-only and cannot change the official match score. Codes expire after 24 hours.
Sync
Sign-in and sync
TennisScout supports account-based cloud sync for signed-in users — matches, UTR history, practice plans, and templates follow you across devices. If you skip sign-in, match data stays local to the device.

Use the in-app settings for privacy controls and account deletion. You can also contact us for privacy or data access requests at any time.
Plan
Plans, billing, and restore
Your first 5 matches are free. TennisScout Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings, and use Restore Purchases in the app if you change devices.
AI
AI features
Coach chat and trend summaries need an internet connection. AI coaching is opt-in and grounded only in the match data you record.
Quick troubleshooting
- If live sharing is unavailable, confirm the scorer is signed in and has an internet connection.
- If a live link does not open the app, use the code shown on the web page after installing TennisScout.
- If AI coaching is slow, try again on a stronger network connection.
- If a subscription you purchased isn't showing, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases in the app.
Contact
Email support@tennisscout.ai with your device model, iOS version, app version if available, and a short description of the issue. Do not send private match notes unless they are necessary for support.
